Deliveries and returns

Delivery costs are calculated during the step before the payment of your basket. You have the choice between 3 options:

- Mondial Relay

- Chronopost Express

- Colissimo Standard

As well as Colissimo International and DHL for deliveries outside Europe.

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return of your item. Returned items must be packed and shipped from the date of receipt of the package. It is important to note that our return policy only applies to unused and unworn items, accompanied by their new and original packaging and their original tags.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, worn, or have tags removed. Please also note that the original shipping charges you paid for your order are non-refundable.
